Eucalyptus Trees, Oaks and Fog, California

Posted by
Don Smith (California, United States) on 1 July 2020 in Landscape & Rural.

I own two different IR-converted cameras. My Sony a6000 was converted at a 520nm range and sees the far end of the visible light spectrum and the near end of the IR spectrum. The results are very cool and can be altered using HSL, Color Balance and other such tools in Photoshop. Today's image of eucalyptus trees and oaks was captured at Montana de Oro State Park in Morro Bay, California on a foggy day. Beri and I will be sadly heading home today - we loved out little getaway!

NOTE: I had been out of touch with the news until last night. Please keep wearing your masks (ours on at all times we are around others) social distance, and keep washing those hands! Let's beat this virus together everyone!
