Kelp in Infrared, Big Sur Coast, California

My pursuit of learning the language of 720nm Infrared continues. This entanglement of kelp revealed itself after a wave drew back to sea at Pfeiffer Beach along the Big Sur Coast the other day. The wet sand absorbed the IR light and the kelp, which was dark to my eye, turned white! This stuff is sooooooo fun!!!
