Moonrise Through West Peaks, Pinnacles NP, CA

Posted by
Don Smith (California, United States) on 14 November 2019 in Landscape & Rural.

Pinnacles National Park is a relatively unknown gem of our National Park system. From the greater Bay Area, accessing the east side is the quickest route; however, I shot this moonrise from the western Peaks accessed off of Highway 101 from Soledad (sadly, there is no vehicle connection of the two sides). If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend you check this park out - the High Peaks Trail is an amazing experience!
