Edge of the World, Tasmania

Posted by
Don Smith (California, United States) on 10 July 2016 in Landscape & Rural.

One of the cool spots we visited in Tasmania was "The Edge of the World." This is the western-most point of the Island with only ocean between us and South Africa. I loved the color of these quarzite rocks against the azure blue of water and captured this scene with my new Sony RX10 III. I have written a blog about this new camera: CLICK HERE. BTW - we arrived safely in New Zealand last night and are taking a leisurely day before starting our adventure around the South Island.

Upright quarzite beds, Edge of the World, furthest western point in Tasmania, Australia.
