Morning Kiss, Zion National Park

Posted by
Don Smith (California, United States) on 22 April 2016 in Landscape & Rural.

Very slow shutter speeds can be attained a number of ways. Usually some type of ND filter is required. For this image, I had forgotten to bring along my ND's so I used a polarizer + low ISO + f/22. Combined, I was able to get a long exposure of 13 seconds as first light of morning kissed Zion's Court of the Patriarchs. To see more of my motion images, please see my new blog, Have Fun With Motion.

NOTE: I still have (4) spots remaining for this fall's Bryce/Zion Workshop, Oct. 31 - Nov 4.
