Alpenglow on Mt. Adams

Fingers crossed that today I get my 2-month-old iMac 5K back up and running. Multiple trips to my Apple store and multiple calls to Apple Care and finally the senior engineers at Apple think they have found the problem (bad software from my Apple Time Machine external drive). Waiting for Apple Care tech to call me back and walk me through the process of rebooting in safe mode and eliminating that software. If you have ever experienced a Kernel Panic (tech term for multiple crashes) I feel for you. Fingers crossed that we this problem and I get my "NEW" dream machine fixed for good!
