Wednesday morning I wandered a nearly barren calla lily grove near Big Sur's Garapatta Beach. A few fresh lilies were randomly beginning to open against the chilled air. Personally, I find more pleasure in finding these quiet moments in nature than photographing the grand scenes. These images are personal and not captured by the normal hordes of photographers at bucket list locations (as this grove can be in the spring). Let me know if you agree or disagree and why - could be an interesting discussion!
