This past weekend a new Pacific storm was heading towards the California coast (thank you El Nino)! On the front end of an approaching storm is when large swells are created due to the wind generated by the storm. Large swells create large breaking waves. I grabbed by Sony a7R II and my Sigma 150-600mm Sport lens and headed to Big Sur and shot for the last hour into sunset and had a blast! For a gallery of images please click here: WAVE GALLERY
