Alpenglow and Storm Light on Mt. Whitney

Posted by
Don Smith (California, United States) on 12 February 2015 in Landscape & Rural.

I've been photographing Mt. Whitney (elevation 14,505) with morning alpenglow for years. But last Friday an approaching storm provided an almost black backdrop for this amazing first light of the day!

Hope you get a chance to check out my new blog: Want Better Pictures? Stay In The Moment!.
