Bent Jeffrey Piine, Sentinel Dome, Yosemite NP

Posted by
Don Smith (California, United States) on 30 July 2014 in Landscape & Rural.

Location shoots often don't work out. Sound familiar? In my latest blog THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING A "PLAN B" I discuss that concept along with the importance of pre-scouting. It saved the day for me and two colleagues this past Monday in Yosemite and allowed me to capture this scene of a bent Jeffrey Pine atop Sentinel Dome (elevation 8,123 feet) at sunset.
