Some of my favorite images are a direct result of anticipated weather conditions not panning out. I made this image of this Monterey Cypress tree tunnel at Point Reyes National Seashore (north of San Francisco) this past Thursday evening because my anticipated vibrant sunset was replaced by soupy fog.
