I have recently installed my new version of Photoshop CS5. I know many of you are aware of some of the cool new features, especially the new Content Aware Fill tool. If you have no idea what I am talking about, then you have to click this link and prepare to be amazed Photoshop CS5 Content Aware Fill.

While editing images from my recent Northern Arizona Workshop, I came across this sequence of (5) images I captured near dusk at Stud Horse Point, located northwest of Page. To get to this location required navigating a myriad of dirt roads on BLM land (and yes, the GPS did get us off-track)! Fortunately, we were able to pick our way through the maze to make it to this unique place highlighted by these other-worldly looking Pedestal Rocks (formed by wind and water erosion).

My first test was to try the Photomerge tool in CS5. It seems to be a similar version found in CS4. For the remainder of the process regarding how I created this image, please click here: First Look at Photoshop CS5 - Content Aware Fill.
