"When the Lights go Down in the City..."

I know you are all humming the famous Journey song in your mind (at least those of you old enough to remember). I certainly was when I photographed this scene of downtown San Francisco at dusk from high above in the Berkley Hills with a long telephoto lens. However with this image, the lights were actually turning on.

Currently I am in Yosemite teaching a workshop with my partner Gary Hart. It has been a long month of travel and I am looking forward to being home with my family.
