Here is another image from my recentlly concluded spring Big Sur workshop. This was our first outing after an orientation meeting. The group was treated to an awesome sunset - perhaps the best I've seen at this breathtaking setting. McWay Falls is fed by a fresh-water stream (McWay Creek) and cascades 80 feet onto a pristine beach (off-limits to the general public) and out to the Pacific Ocean. The cove's turqoise-colored water is due to the lack of kelp and is bordered by Saddle Rock. Absolutely beautiful sunset. And not a bad place to be, by the looks of it...

Thanks Peter, Ester and Kristen,
I'm really fortunate ot live an hour's drive away from this idyllic spot. As I said, this is one of the best sunsets I have seen from this location. Thanks for the kind remarks. --Don
